Specisoft has developed a new service for Stock Portfolio Selection on International Stock Exchanges, alongside the sale of the FUND PS software. It consists of software and services for selecting a stock Portfolio from the stocks included in the S&P500 and EUROXX600 indices. Specisoft obtains the data from an international data Provider.
The services developed by Specisoft are the creation of stock portfolios for various investment profiles & orientations, and the analysis and evaluation of every company included in the above stock indices. The scientific background, on which Industrial research (as defined) was carried out and selection rules were derived, also using artificial intelligence methods, is the Portfolio Theory of H. Markowitz and the frontier that bears his name.
Specialised Risk Management services are also provided, such as the “Stock Market cycle”: a Chart showing the phase of the return – Risk cycle for the above stock exchange data, and the curve showing at which levels of risk, and with what percentage, a stock participates in a portfolio etc.
