QC

The quality control (QC) program calculates acceptance sampling quality control systems and preventive quality control systems.

For acceptance sampling quality control systems it calculates, with the simple system, from the parameters of the system whether a lot is accepted or rejected. It calculates and presents in chart form the operating characteristic curve of the system, also using the parameters α (producer’s risk) and β (consumer’s risk).

For preventive quality control, the average percentage of defectives and the corresponding standard deviation are calculated for each sample, as well as the UCL (upper control limit) and LCL (lower control limit), which are presented on an X-R chart.
