Cancellation – returns Policy
For purchases from the online store of Specisoft S.A. through its website, the following apply:
A. For software purchases.
Software is not returnable. However, before buying, the prospective buyer may ask for a demonstration, for as long as they wish, and decide whether the software is suitable.
B. For purchases of Books and/or other non-electronic material.
The product may be returned within 14 days. A necessary condition is that the product is returned in excellent condition, as delivered by the company. The money paid electronically is then refunded, less any transport costs, if there are any.
