The connection of the BSClose – Automatic Balance Sheet Closing software and, by extension, the Finan Expert software – Analysis and Evaluation of Businesses, Competition etc., as well as forecasts of future Balance Sheets and Business Valuation – has been achieved by Specisoft using the API built into the ERP of ENTERSOFT.
This is an important business move by Specisoft, as connecting the above software unites specific data-processing software developed by Specisoft with ERP software, that is, with the software at the base of business computing.
With this connection, the Balance Sheet and all the financial statements companies need are produced automatically (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flows, Changes in equity, Notes and Board of Directors’ Report). The Balance Sheet is then analysed through FINAN Expert, and additional capabilities are provided for forecasting the future Financial Data of Balance Sheets and for calculating the Value of the business.
